It would be  great if  the calls  are answered to the mobile app  while driving  by simply pushing the  BLUET TOOTH button in the  steering wheel of  a car. Any thought about this?

I just have mine paired via bluetooth to car. I also use cable and Car Play sometimes, but both seem to work fine for inbound and outbound calls.  Can you place outbid call from RC mobile app and hear via bluetooth?  I suppose you paired it to your car, right?

I just switched to iPhone in February. I had Android phones since smart phones first came out.

There is no way to answer a phone call on an Android phone (at least I never had a way with the phones I used through February 2017) by pressing a Bluetooth button. You must slide or otherwise interact with the mobile phone itself to answer the call. If you have Bluetooth in your vehicle it will connect the speaker and microphone after the call is answered but you have to touch the phone (in my experiences) in order to answer a call.

@Jan Ferguson, thank. Just what I thought about it.  No hands free at all for Android and  I requested my friend to  use  his android device  using the RC mobile  app, and  it failed to work on his Mercedez Benz, bluet tooth pairing done. am thinking to switch to  iphone but  I am not sure if that will works and if does, what settings should I do.

Can you answer calls on Android via the native cell phone with car bluetooth without touching the phone?

iPhone RC mobile app uses a thing called callKit that allows third party apps like RC and Skype to work like the native phone app so an inbound call is exactly like a 'regular' cell call except it shows RingCentral or Skype on the screen.  For outbound you can long press a contact and choose which app to dial out from.

Brandon,Nope. Neither normal cell phone or RC mobile app have that functionality in Android. I didn't know that when I switched to the iPhone and kept hanging up on callers when I tried to answer the phone by swiping the "Answer call" button on the phone. With the iPhone I have to answer the phone, or RC mobile app, by pressing either the Bluetooth button or my OnStar button. Both will answer the phone via Bluetooth.
