How do I request a ticket to have the feature added to our account so that we can receive calls through the Ring Central app on our cell phones.?

Unless you are a Fax only customer, all  RingCentral users have access to the mobile app.

Just go to the iTunes or Google Play store to download.  Once installed, just log in with your RingCentral credentials.

If you have a phone plan, and already have the app installed but are having problems, please reply here and let us know where you are stuck so we can help.

We have a phone plan and I already had the app downloaded. I actually contacted a customer support rep and she told me that it needed to be added to the plan as a feature, and that I needed to create a ticket to request this. I was having some trouble finding where exactly to create the ticket, but finally figured it out.

I'm, not sure where the miscommunication occurred but there's no need to open a support case for this unless something is broken.  Mobile app access is automatic.

Try to install the app again and just log in with your RingCentral phone number and password and let us know what happens, or let us know where you ran into trouble.

If you ever need it, there's a link to open a support case on the home page (right side) of this site.
