Mobile app: indicator for "accept queued calls" turned off

If a user turns off "accept queued messages", both the users web portal (ringcentral.com) and Windows  desktop app will show that this is set:
  • Web portal: availability icon is orange (available/no queued calls) instead of green (available/accept queued calls)
  • Windows desktop app: displays orange "no call queue calls" on the status bar at the top next to the green availability icon and phone number
But it does not appear that the mobile app has any indication of this (testing with Android, latest version). The user's icon is green and that's all that is displayed unless the user is on the status page and sees that the setting is disabled..

This leads to users who disable "accept queued calls" on the mobile app and forget to re-enable it.

Hey Dane,

I was able to confirm the same thing on the iOS app. I can see how that would be confusing! I've flipped this to a feature request and will share it with our Product Team

No certain why they can simply allow queued calls to have a setting to disallow queued to mobile. ie it would be enabled on desk and softphone, and disabled on mobile. salespeople etc could receive calls on their mobile but would not be in the queue . right now for one of our users: when they get to the building, they have to enable queue but disable mobile so their phone isnt ringing while at their desk but when they leave, the have to enable mobile and disable queue to leave the queue. seems silly

simply allow a queue setting to go to softphone/desk only
