Mobile app on Android lagging -

when i click on something, it takes 5-10 seconds before it responds. My app version is the latest update. And my cellphone works perfectly fine with other apps.  Anyone experience this? How do i fix this cause it's annoying to have to wait while staring at my phone.

Can you provide some more details so that we might be able to advise you?

  1. What is the make and model of the device?
  2. What OS version is on the device?
  3. Which mobile app is lagging. Glip, RingCentral Meetings, or the RingCentral phone app?

Can you try updating the app?  We now have v 8.2 available.

Tried updating my RC up but it says "your device isn't compatible with this version" - so I guess I do have the most updated version as far as my phone is concerned.
Any other ideas we can try?

Sorry, but yes, it looks like you are on the latest version for that device. The latest mobile app version requires: 

iOS: iOS 7 and higher (iOS 9.0 supported)
Android: Android OS 4.4 and higher (Android M supported)
