more expressive conditional rules

recommendation: it would be really helpful if custom rules included the ability to have "if then - else" capabilities. for instance, forward all calls that *don't* come from the following numbers; otherwise let them through. I want my answering service to be able to call me to tell me about callers, but for all other users, forward unconditionally. Currently, with unconditional forwarding, they end up calling themselves.
