  2. A brief description of the business : Laser Eye Care Center
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: customer wants Ringcentral Reports to show all the numbers called all in one page, show what number customers dialed, which calls were missed, answered or went to voicemail. Customer also needs it to show caller id used for every outbound call made by the device, as well as its results/details.  
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature customer 
  5. Benefit of such feature. The customer will no longer have to check call log for the data that Reports doesn't reflect.
  6. Include any related case number if applicable: 05610830 
  7. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 100+
