Call Queue: More options to unanswered calls to a Call Queue

If a call to a Call Queue goes unanswered the Admin should have to option to either transfer the call to another extension or go to voicemail. RingCentral should also implement a hot key (such as * or #) that lets the caller escape the voicemail prompt and be transferred to an IVR Menu which the Admin assigns to this Hot Key.

For call queues to have the ability to forward to an internal( extension or digital line) or external number( such as an answering service) instead of going to voicemail.
