When I conduct a share screen meeting, I record for those who are unable to attend. When you play the video back, you cannot see the mouse arrow. Thus, it is very difficult to see what I am "pointing" to. When I called support, they told me to enter in a message here.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Mouse Pointer for Ring Central Meetings.

There definitely needs to be a way while in a ring central recorded meeting where you can visually see the mouse pointer. It would make it great for the person on the other side or recording to see your mouse as you hover and point to important things. PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS ASAP!!

We here at YachtCloser agree 100%.   When we send our recordings out, it makes it very difficult for the end user to follow along because the recording does not pick up the mouse cursor.  PLEASE PLEASE add to your list of enhancements.  Many thanks!
