Just wondering if anyone knows what I need to do if I move locations. My company is moving on March 1st and I will need continual service. Thanks!

Hi Pasbrig, no real issue with moving your phones.  That is the beauty of a hosted solution.

you will have other IT challenges to think through as with any office move.  Just make sure you have a good internet connection and cabling infrastructure in place before making the move.

your main number could be forward to a cell during the move. Depending on your logistics.

This is usually a time to improve IT infrastructure so you may want to think through that also

but from an RC perspective, nothing major to consider.

Thanks

Just to clarify, as long as our main number is transferred to the new location, phones are plugged in, Ringcentral will work just fine?

You're saying that I can pick up my phones, and just move them all to a new location, and we don't have to do any kind of initialization?

Chuck is absolutely correct. As long as you have an adequate internet connection just plug the phones in. I’ve done it myself moving from one state to another and I was instantly connected.
