Faxes to IVR main numbers need to be routed to that location (not operator)

So we "upgraded" to the multi level IVR thinking that the management of multiple company's incoming phone numbers would be easier.

When we moved the numbers to the IVR the system converted the numbers to voice and fax from regular voice numbers - with no option not to.

Starting today (being that I am the phone admin) I have been inundated with faxes from all numbers associated with the different IVRs to my personal email address.

Apparently, there is no way to handle the fax notifications for each IVR resulting in all faxes being delivered to the phone admin's email account.

Asked to get this fixed asap - told to post here. 

I will be very surprised if:

a.  Anyone actually contacts me.
b.  The change to the IVR functionality is actually made to support voice and fax, not just voice and not shelved as a "not important" issue.

I apologize for the curt nature of this message, but please understand this is a result of a 93 minute support call that went nowhere.

Should be able to direct ALL messages and notifications to the user of your choice, in IVR settings.
