Multi site (Fail over)

if you have a multi site set up across different time zones but both companies are offering the same goods for sales. 
Could you get the calls to fall over or switch over to the site that is open, so the caller seamlessly does not know where the call is and in effect offering a longer opening hours.

On the line(s) going to the site that is open earlier, you can use advanced rules to specify the additional time range that the other company site is still open and forward calls during that time period only (eg. 16:00 - 18:00 )  And do the same for the other company that is open later, use advance rules to forward calls during the additional time range that the earlier open company is available before this office opens (eg. 06:00 - 08:00)
