Multiple extension recipient for Inbound SMS

A high level description of the product or feature being requested: It would be best if we have the Feature wherein for Inbound SMS there will be an option to have multiple recipient/extension that can receive it and reply to it, just like call forwarding, where it can ring to multiple extension and whoever is available can pick up or respond.
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: When someone send an SMS to their RingCentral number it can be received through the app of different extensions and can respond to it, instead of via email notification only. This is specially if the main recipient of the SMS is not available/busy.
  5. Benefit of such feature: This will make the Business more efficient in addressing/attending their client's queries 
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 770 DL's
