Call Queue: need multiple interrupt messages

Have the ability to have 5-10 different interrupt messages, for those longer than normal hold times.  Maybe even setting them to random or sequential.

We are an online sales company and i want to know why does Ring Central only offer 1 interruption message when a customer is on hold? Surely there should options to add more interruption messages when a customer is waiting for over 3 mins? The limit is 15 mins before a customer is directed to voicemail, imagine if a customer needs to hear exactly the same message repeated over and over again for 15 mins.. Don't think they will ever call us back! Other companies offer numerous interruption messages so I cant understand why ring central cannot also offer this.

Feature Request: Have Multiple Prompts available for Call Queues:

-Call queue has the ability to interrupt the hold music every certain amount of seconds but it will just play 1 message over and over again. Looking for the feature that will allow us to upload or choose multiple prompts to play so it will not sound redundant.

Please add this so we can have multiple interrupt prompts, this functionality if on other pbx's I have used.
