I own 4 brick and mortar stores and would like a central person to be able to choice voicemails for all 4 locations. I would like the ability to switch between users easily so that person can go back and forth between the different store voicemails. Is this a quick fix?
No, within the RC apps there is no easy method of going back and forth between user accounts. But you could try one of these approaches:
1) install 4 different browsers and login to the web portal in each of the browsers with the 4 different user logins.
2) setup 4 user accounts on your central computer, then run the same browser "as a different user" 4 times to login to the 4 user accounts
3) setup all 4 user RC notification settings to email the voicemessages to the same central person's email address, the TO name will display differently as each of the 4 user names, so you can auto-separate them within the central email and / or manage them all within the same inbox folder using email rules (we use this approach because included in the email is the transcription, as well as we can use multiple email rules to organize and prioritize the voicemessages so that they get managed appropriately) If you already emailing the notifications to each of the brick-n-morter locations, then you can add an additional email address for the central person.
