My company is looking for a way to send a automated call to are IT when an alarm is sent. The issue we have now is we can only send a automated email out when there is an alarm. We are looking for a way to send a call out when a email is sent, so it calls and emails the IT.

Not sure about the phone call but there may be a rule you can create via Outlook if you use outlook to send a text notification when a certain email is received.

Another idea is if your IT person uses the Glip app on their mobile device.  Set up a rule in Outlook, or whatever email client you use, to forward the email to their Glip email address. In Glip, you can customize the notifications so that they can be alerted on their mobile device.
