Jeremy... I can’t answer the question regarding your system but I can tell you that my Glip desktop app is still there and still works. It updated to the new version, new icon and all, and works as it should.
Have you checked your Windows Programs to see if it is still showing as installed? Perhaps it’s shortcut got moved somehow. You might also go to the RingCentral download area and try to download and install it again....after you check to see if it is installed on your system already.
