My video window moves when participants join the call while I'm sharing my screen

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Using RingCentral Meetings with 2 external monitors (Windows 10), start a meeting, and share one of the screens
  2. Move the window with the videos to another monitor, not maximized (like a short, wide window)
  3. When a new participant joins the call, the video window moves to my laptop screen, I have to find it, and drag it back to the position I wanted on my external screen near my camera
I have spoken to RingCentral support about this, and was told they were closing my case, because: "As advised by our end support, the meeting application/window should remain where it was open. It will only change depending on the how it was setup with multiple screen and what is the primary screen."

This is obviously not what is happening, so I had them reopen my case and reproduce it. They found an agent with an external monitor and were able to reproduce, so now they say it is "working as expected." I'm not sure how a window moving from where they positioned it on their desktop when someone joins the meeting is "expected."

This is a huge inconvenience for me daily to have to keep finding and positioning the video window every time people join while I am speaking and presenting. Please vote for this fix.
