Currently, calls made from Zoho first calls the agent and then calls the contact in Zoho.
This is a HUGE timewaster. If you're making a lot of calls, it is important to build a rhythm going from call to call. With the current setup, you have a long delay between zoho contacting ringcentral and then ringcentral calling the dedicated the phone and THEN calling the contact.
Please build a native ringcentral app within zoho. This will be a huge timesaver and allow the ringcentral user to be much more productive. Calls will originate from zoho (using the ringcentral service). Incoming calls will ring within the zoho app. Call notes can be logged automatically (another huge timesaver)
This solution is powerful.
Twilio already does this.
A native app would be a great solution to driver ringcentral user adoption.
