We can't use the desktop app because we're on a terminal server. We can install it on every user's desktop, but the app behaves as if it's a single instance; i.e., when a second user tries to log in to the app on their own desktop, the app recognizes the first user in another session as being logged in and won't allow the second login.

Our end users can use the website to configure their extensions, and they use desk phones to make calls, but from the desktop we can't text (which is what we really want since 3/4 of our employees are in the field) or integrate with Outlook.

We're not alone in using terminal services (http://www.computerweekly.com/news/2240233145/Whats-driving-the-adoption-of-desktop-as-a-service). Are you going to develop a TS version???

Thanks!

Thanks for your post. I don't know if any plans to do this but I'm changing this from a "question" to and "idea" topic so it gets reviewed by our Product Team.

What about using the Extension for Google Chrome, did you try it ? Should work because every instance of the Google Chrome Browser is independent for every user...

We looked at the chrome plug in but we are looking for the same parity that Linda is speaking of. The Outlook integration and texting. We are in our 30 day cancel period and will likely do so without this functionality.
