Currently can't access Park Locations from a shared line phone. Often times shared lines are in conference rooms and break rooms where people would like to be able pick a call if they are paged.

Hi Jeremy, what phone are you using?  There should be a Park / Unpark soft key on the phone that will allow this.

Do you see these soft buttons?

Polycom 410. There is not a Park/Unpark soft key. I want the user to be able to pick up one of the three Park Locations that has been setup for the entire company. Everyone's Polycom phone has Park 101,Park 102, and Park 103 on lines 3,4,5. Thanks.

All the documentation states that the soft key should exist...   Have you called support?

I do not have that setup in my lab so I cant see for my self.

Try this please and report back.

If your device does not have the Call Park softkey available, you may use touch tone commands.  Below are the steps on how to park a call in a public location, and retrieving that parked call on another phone within the RingCentral system.

Parking a Call
 Step 1:
Put the call on hold by pressing the pound (#) key twice.

Step 2:
Press star (*) key.

Step 3:
Press 3 to park the call.

Step 4:
Listen to the announcement to know which extension it was parked.

NOTE:  The call is parked on a 8** virtual extension.

Step 5:
Hang up and notify.

Retrieving a Parked Call
 Step 1:
On another phone, press the star (*) key then the Virtual Extension (8** number) that was generated by the system when the call was parked.

Example:

• Call Parked at extension 810
• Using another phone in the system, press *810 to retrieve the parked call.

I appreciate the response! Yes, I have spoken with support. The issue is I want to be able to access my pre-defined park locations from a shared line phone.
