Need IVR message to answer, not company greeting

I need my IVR to answer all calls, not the company greeting. In the way the (suspect) RC tech support had me set this up, the company greeting should never be used. We supposedly chose some setting wherein all calls route directly to IVR. However, calls are instead going to company greeting, THEN to IVR. Please hell
