1. U.S.

2. Call center/help desk

3. We need RingCentral for Desktop to run on a Linux (ARM) platform OR add the existing HUD feature in the app to the Chrome extension.

4. Our managers want to display a "dashboard" view of the status/presence of all agents.  Currently, this "dashboard" view is accomplished using the HUD feature in RC for Desktop, but we need the ability to run the dashboard on Linux (ARM).  Since there is no current Linux version, we request either a Linux (ARM) version be created, or to simply add the HUD feature to the Chrome extension.  The Chrome extension currently works in the Linux Chromium browser but doesn't have the HUD feature.  It is also important that the HUD can be expanded to use the full screen (1920x1080).

5. Offer Linux support or enhance the Chrome extension.

6. n/a

7. 60+ Users/Lines

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Ring Central App that runs on Redhat/CentOS.

We need the ability to install the Ring Central Desktop App on Redaht/CentOS clients
