Need RingCentral for Windows Desktop app version 8.0.4

Cant uninstall or update RingCentral on a PC that has need been used for a long time. The error says the PC is missing RingCentral for Windows Desktop Version 8.0.4. In order to uninstall or update the application the installer of 8.0.4 version is needed. I have called RC support and was told they dont have a copy that old. Any ideas??

Hello, would you have a copy of this version? I believe my installation got corrupted after I redirected my folders/filepaths over the network. This is what I get when I try to update/uninstall my current Ring Central app.

Thank you for providing this. Unfortunately, it didn't help bring Ring Central back up. The entire installation is just not working as it should. Luckily, I'll be performing a clean install on a new laptop, so hopefully not issues come up there. Thanks!
