We are a busy medical practice and have two Ring Central numbers. The first is a fax number and the second is a main number which splits off into a phone tree. Our providers work off their cell phones which have been set up as extension but they need to be able to access the fax through the app on their mobile devices, which is set up under Admin at all times and also need to be able to access their voicemail through the app so we can use the HIPAA conduit feature. Unfortunately with the app it is only possible to be logged in to one number at a time. We need to be able to access both simultaneously. Is there any way to make this happen?
