Need to deactivate the voice mail feature for a call queue.

Context: We have one call queue for the main number and only one agent who is member of this call queue (position shared by diffrente physical people)

Desciption: the agent does not want that calls directed either to the queue or directly to him ended in a voice mail, as he does not want to have to consult voicemail.
It's OK for direct calls to the user. Via admin, we can disable voice mail and have instead a message before disconnection. Fine!
It's not the case for the call queue where we are forced to use a voicemail attached to the call queue

Need: allow to setup the queue without voicemail but a message followed by disconnection instead.

We have several queues and really need to be able to turn on and off the voice mail feature. If its available for a regular extension then it should be for a Queue.
