Call Queue: recording that tells customer what number they are in line

I would like a recording for the call queue to tell the customer what number they are in line for getting attended.

Please add this feature for our customers a system where they can be notified of their Que number and their wait time duration while on hold for the next available customer representative.

U.S.It would be nice to have the feature where when people call in and there are other calls ahead of them to let them know how many every so often and to give them the ability to leave their name and best contact number without losing their place in que. That way they don't waste their time on hold and we'll call them back asap.

This feature would be nice, but an improvement so the phone will not ring in the representatives ear while they are on the phone when people are on hold in the que is vital. The constant ringing in the ear to 'unavailable' ext is maddening.

I honestly can't believe that this isn't already a feature. And this thread only has 11 votes?!? It's frustrating for a caller to wait in a call queue. The least you can do  is tell them what position they are in so they have some idea of how long they will have to wait.
I'd really like to be  able to just see a QUE!
