FAX: desktop needs addressee

Sending a FAX must complete the header information on the cover page. When sending a fax using the new softphone to someone not in the Contacts list there appears to be no way to provide the number, name, and organization of the recipient. This is simply not usable in a business environment.

Also printing to RingCentral appears to no longer work as a way to attach documents to a fax. This was fine on the prior softphone. :-(

Totally agree. Also, when I go to print the confirmation email from RingCentral on a fax in Outlook for Mac, it prints a blank page. I have to hit 'Forward' then delete all my signature info and then print.

Search this on the Community and you will see that there have been dozens of questions and responses to this issue.  We were told they were evaluating these features for the future.
