Next day Reports

Hi,

What I'd like to achieve is an automated report for call on a particular day. For example I'd like a report sent to my email address for the calls on a Tuesday. I did try using "yesterday" view and to receive the report on a Wednesday but RingCentral sends the report before the reports have updated so the reports are blank.

I don't mind either receiving the reports at a later time or even a different day but you can only specify "yesterday" as a view and not "2 days ago" nor can you alter the time change RingCentral sends you the report. So if I could change the report to be sent to me at 6pm the next day, the calls should have updated by then?

Any ideas how this can be achieved.

not sure what the update totally looks like, but i believe they made some upgrades to the reports section in february with "live reports" not sure if it only helps with real time tracking or if they mae adjustments to the reports in general as well.

Thanks for the reply. I cant see any additional functionality in the report section. I guess this is not possible yet.

hopefully one of the techs or support guys can shed a little more light on it for you than i can, but just wanted to suggest it cause i saw it mentioned in update recently.

Correct. There's nothing new as far as generating reports automatically.
