Call Handling: After Hours forwarding on demand

I currently have our system setup with forwarding to a cell phone after hours and that works fine.  Is there a way I could setup a "Night Service" button on the operator phone to set the system to after hours mode before the automatic time.  This is a very common function of most PBX's.
