NO AUDIO SOUND FOR SOME VOICEMAIL MESSAGES WHEN PLAYED FROM DESKTOP, EMAIL, AND PHONE APP.

We are unable to get audio for approximately 1 out of 5 voicemail recordings that come into the general mailbox. These recordings show play back but there is no sound when played back from the email attachment, desktop app, or phone app. This is occurring for all employees attempting to listen to the same voice message from different computers and phones. All our computers run Mac OSX Mojave 10.14 and Google Chrome. All our phones are iPhone 8 and X. The only way we discovered that there was in fact audio associated with the voicemail was by logging into the online RingCentral account and playing the message there.

Hi Shannon, this is going to require troubleshooting from our Support Team. Please open a case.

This is happening for me also
However, its also showing that you cannot find my account with the number provided, which should work and I cannot move beyond that step to open a ticket.

Hmmm...that's odd! You can give our Tech Support Team a quick call at 888-898-4591, Option 3. They can start the troubleshooting process and get a case open

Turns out that the messages did not refresh to reflect that the voicemails showing up were nonexistent.

Because you only keep voicemails up to 90 days, the ones that were beyond that were no longer accessible. However, new voicemails also are not necessarily coming up either.
