2019-11-06 Two suggestions to check
1. This could be in your local win10 firewall settings. Make sure you approve softphone.exe to work through your firewall on the local windows software on your workstation.
2. Review your RC Phone App settings by using the GEAR icon at the bottom of the app windows checking what sound device you have chosen as output.
