None of our agents in the call center is able to make or receive calls. What's going on?

No incoming calls here, either. RingCentral's 800 number isn't even working; I only got through on the "from outside the US" number. The recording says it's a system-wide issue and to check the support and community pages for updates.

Same here. Unable to receive incoming calls.
ALL CALLERS hear busy signal when dialing ANY of our numbers. Outbound from digital lines work. Anybody dialing from outside of RC infrastructure cannot get through. What is going on? This is the 4th time in 6 months!!!!
When dialed from Verizon: BUSY SIGNAL
When dialed from AT&T: voice prompt: "Number You Dialed is not in serve"
When dialed from Cricket: "Feauture is not recognized"
When dialed from Skype (paid): It works, connects

Same here the 800 number is down. Direct lines working not our 800 though

We cannot receive call on our main line. We just get fast busy most individual station can receive call if the are dialed directly

But, don't worry, the Service Status site shows the site is up and working....This is getting old. I've been on hold for a LONG while waiting to talk to support...

Same here. No incoming calls.
my RC fax line is busy.
RC website says
"Fax service is always on and you never get a busy signal."

We are also not able to receive calls.  And, yes, annoying when the Service Status shows all green lights!

Unable to receive incoming calls.   I am just demoing the service currently. This is pretty scary if this is a normal occurrence.

This has happened to me several time.  I'm switching.  We can't afford to lost clients and I've had several email me this morning asking what is going on.  It looks very unprofessional when your phone lines don't work and clients can't get through...
