Not All User Phone Numbers Appearing in New App

We are trialing the new RingCentral App to potentially replace the RC Phone desktop app. I've noticed that for those users who have multiple lines, only one line is appearing under their profile. In our case, each line is configured differently, with one line stripped of most calling features. This means that the number that appears in their profile is not the one that should be used in most cases. In the older Desktop app, both phone lines were visible. Is this on a list of future improvements? Thanks.

Hello Josh,

Please try to go to Preferences, look for Default Number, it will show all the numbers on a drop-down and you can select what default number would you like to display on your profile.

Thank you for the reply, that could be a good workaround on an individual basis; we would just need everyone to change it in their preferences. What would be even better is the ability to change this for them as an admin. Thanks!

If you're looking for your main company number, it will never show. This feature is broken.

Thanks for the reply, but not the main company number. Some of our users have two separate direct lines, and was hoping to display both in their profiles inside the app.
