Fax: not receiving faxes

I am not receiving my faxes, and i am not sure why.

Flores - I wasn't sure which phone number you are not getting faxes on so I just sent a test fax to ***-***-5298 and to ***-***-7212 and it says "received".  Can you please check and confirm if you received it.

When I reviewed the call logs for Ext 102, I only see my two faxes as the only two faxes that were sent to that extension today, and none for yesterday.   
  • Do you get faxes routed to you outside your extension? 
  • Where are you not receiving them: in the online User Interface, Desktop App, e-mail, etc.?
