Notify us when new supernet is added

For network security, we have a whitelist in place for controlling network traffic.  I am sure many other customers have whitelists/blacklists or other traffic controls in place. We have the list of RingCentral supernets added to our whitelist.  This presents a management problem, because when a new supernet is added by RingCentral, we do not know in advance and it is not on our whitelist.  This leads to calls not going through.

It would be extremely helpful if RingCentral could notify customers in advance of new supernets, so that we can make the appropriate network changes and prevent service interruptions.

Sadeet, the topic you have merged my question with is not the same as my question and is not relevant.  Please return it to its own topic.

We need to have a way of knowing in advance when new supernets are added.  Reactively checking this document when there's a problem is not an acceptable solution.

+1 it looks like this supernet was added. The only reason I even found this was because I was having trouble getting a phone to register. I cross checked the latest document and found that I was missing a supernet. As a network admin, we need to be notified about this prior to rolling out these changes. As Nathan stated, reactively checking the document or following this forum does not seem like a proper way to announce network changes.

I use a service that monitors web site changes and alerts me.  It is called changedetection.com, but I think it is deprecated and I have a legacy account.  There should be other services like this though.  You would monitor the KB article RingCentral Network Requirements for changes and be notified.

The supernets have not changed, but settings for Hardphone video have been added.
