Account Type: US
Business Type: Medical Appliance and Research
Description: Option to use the "/" key at the upper part of a Numerical Keyboard/Keypad as the "#" found on a Telephone Keypad.
Benefit: Allow users to keep hand in one place while dialing calls. Convenience and efficiency.
Number of Users: Over 500 to date, and expanding as we migrate.

When using a Numberic Keyboard with the RC Softphone, could you add the option to assign the "/" key for the "#" command?
This lets users use the compact Numeric Keyboard as a substitute Telephone Keypad instead of clicking on screen, or moving their hands to the other side of the Keyboard to press [Shift]+3 for "#".
It is an optional setting in some other Soft Phones (NEC SP350 for example).
