My carrier At&t currently allows me to set up a rule in my corporate outlook that forwards email sent to a specific on-call email to my phone as an SMS. This is VERY useful for those in professions where being on-call is a need. I simply have a rule that says if an email is received by email@example.com, forward that to firstname.lastname@example.org -- I get that email as an SMS so I am instantly aware of any burning fires. I have been advised this option is not available with Ring Central but this would be very useful if we could set up a rule to forward messages the same way. At the very least, it would enable me to retire my carrier's service and go all in with RC. Is this something which can be developed for customer use? Something like email@example.com or similar. I'm currently on the US premium plan.
