Hold Music: to continue in loop, not stop then start over

Insurance Brokerage, we are using the On Hold Music/ Message which is produced by another independent firm on a wav file. When we put someone on hold, the message starts and then if they are put on hold a second time while being transferred, they hear the same portion of the message again.  No one ever hears the different parts of the message, Is there a way to have the message start, stop and then continue with the balance of the message so all of it can actually be used.

Can we enable a continuous play feature for the on hold recording so that callers are not hearing the same content over and over again.

Why would RC recommend to get professionally recorded hold messages by SnapRecordings if you can't turn on the loop?  My TalkSwitch phone system does this just like I would like to see it happening on RC.  At least make it an option so people can choose what they prefer.
