One step to forward phones to outside RingCentral system

A nice feature would be to have a one button to forward all main number calls to an outside RingCentral phone number, in our case an answering service, then one step to resume services. 
For example, when there is an internet or power outage it would be nice to be able to go into RingCentral click one button to forward the main number to the answering service. When service restored one click to remove forward. Currently a IVR rule needs to be setup and a Custom Rule on the main number, this is a bit of a hassle to set and remove for outages. Also if we decide to close the office for some reason during normal hours it would be a good feature.
