I agree. The current Audio Conferencing invitation setup is very limited and should be fixed, or customizable, on all license tiers. Currently it says for any type of 'one tap': "To join the conference on your iOS device, click this link:....."
This link makes the attendee go to their app store to download the app. Why do this? It's an audio call, why push the software on the attendee if it's not needed? If you're trying to make people want to use RC, I assure you, it's doing the opposite.
What you should have instead of that link is what other platforms do, include a clickable link as Colin stated. That way iPhone and Droid can have a one tap option that puts them on the bridge immediately with minimal intervention. Isn't that the point of this?
