We are one company but have two different businesses (with two different phone numbers) operating within the company. Currently, I have one business as the company phone number and running it with the Auto-Receptionist. The other business is set up as a user and through some manipulating has it's own "receptionist". The latter was recommended by the RC rep when I first set up the system a few years ago. However, I was wondering if RC has come up with a more normal way of basically allowing multiple company phone numbers and multiple auto-receptionists.

I saw recently on RC a feature called Multi-Level Auto Attendant, but not sure if this is the answer or something else.

Hi Sonny, I believe the latest Multi Release auto attendant is what you need.  It is for the premium plans and Enterprise customers.  What plan are you on.

Also you could have one of the numbers moved to a company number and incorporate the autoattendent to meet the needs.

Let me know if I could assist
