We're deploying OneLogin in our company. We know SAML auth works with them, but it would be really useful for us system administrators if RingCentral supported provisioning users through OneLogin. That way we only need to add/remove/suspend/change users in OneLogin and then push those changes to RingCentral.

Hi Robert - We currently offer single sign on using saml 2.0 with OneLogin.  Any RingCentral Office Premium and Enterprise accounts in US and Canada are eligible for SSO.   
Please review the following article and create a webcase to have this enabled.

Yes I know. Like I said, I know you support SAML authentication. What you do NOT support is provisioning users via their service which will allow us to add/remove/change users in our LDAP and have it automatically push to RingCentral via OneLogin.
