Online Account Company and Phone Interface Changes

We’ve redesigned the Company Info, Phone Numbers, and Phones and Devices sections of your online account with better manageability, search, display and bulk actions where applicable. Below we've outlined the new functionality and locations.

Changes to the Company Info section include:

  • Directory Assistance has moved under company into for easy access

Changes to the Phone Numbers section include:

  • Company information and phone numbers are now separate
  • Phone numbers are listed by type
  • New search and filter to easily locate the data

  • Easily search and filter to locate the data
  • Quickly view a phone status
  • New bulk actions to add, rename, or logout devices

If you are not seeing these changes yet you will shortly.  The release is out and will take a few weeks to be pushed to all the customers.  :-)

Do these changes include the ability for Administrators to change users' statuses on call queues?

So if they go on holiday and forget to take themselves off an Admin can do it for them.

I know this one has been requested a lot in the forums.

It would be helpful if you had an Opt-In emailing list or SMS list  to Admins  detailing changes to the UI similar to a changelog ---   As I am training technicians in our large phone deployment of over 1850 handsets and users,  to assist with phone provisioning, adds, changes, moves --- it is really hard to train when the UI keeps changing frequently.  We have only been RC customers since June 23rd, and when portions or functionality moves in the UI without notice,  we must scramble to re-train our technicians.
