Polycom VVX-410 only supports 50 lines on side car

Company has more than 50 users and the receptionist uses the buttons for quick transfers

Mike thanks for the reply. We called back into support and they said 50 was the max. It had been escalated to tier 3 engineering. They must not have updated the ticket. I also checked with my pre-sales engineer and he confirmed 50 was the max. What is strange is someone replied in another thread that they have it working after RC pushed out a firmware update on the phone. Waiting on more details and confirmation on that as well.
