User Settings: how to have calls made to Operator forward to another extension if not answered?

I am the system operator. I need the calls made to "0" to rollover to another extension if I do not answer. Then if she doesn't answer, the call needs to go to my operator voice mail. I had this set up previously, but it somehow was wiped out. I do not want these calls to effect calls direct to my extension or to the call queue I am also a part of. Is there a way to set this up without effecting all my calls? I tried advanced settings with no luck.

go to your extension's call handling and forwarding and add the other user extension where you need the call forwarded to in case you don't answer. The call will automatically go to operator voicemail if both of you are unable to answer. hope that helps
