Our main office number received text messages also. I know I can transfer those to come to another person phone in the system portal, however, my questions is about the history. If I have the text of our main number go to another employees phone they can not see any previous messages. For example if I ask a customer if 2:30 is a good time to schedule and that customer does not reply until the next day, and they say "yes" then the employee now receiving the text message has not history of the conversation. Is there a way to download the last 7 Days or so to another employees app when we have them taking messages? Or is there any other way to accomplish this?
