- Account type: US
- Currently, the only option for "when maximum hold time is reached" is only voicemail. Hope you can add another option for sending callers to extension XYZ.
- Customer wanted calls not to be routed to voicemail since they always have an available to agent to answer calls 24/7
- To lessen voicemail and all calls can be answered promptly.
