This option would allow the listener or client to repeat the options or message mentioned in the voicemail by pressing "0" on their phone.

Pressing zero while a VM plays directs them back to the IVR - something that most users are glad that is in place.  But, you can always set up another ext, have your greeting uploaded there, and then you can set the flow of your mailbox to still leave the messages in your original mailbox.

Example: Tell the caller to press 3 to replay the voicemail, they press three, it plays. (I have a French voicemail set up that way)
