  1. Account type  (U.S.)

  2. A brief description of the business -Marketing and Advertising

  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested- it would be best if there is an option to Change or Specify if who can received Security Notice for any changes in a user details. Ex. if there is a change on User details, Admin would like to receive the Notice instead of the user himself

  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature-
There are times that if there are little changes made by an Admin in the User details like Department, Job Title extension number it sends a Security notice to the user which may cause them confusion because they did not do it and thinks that someone is trying to access their extension without their knowledge

  5. Benefit of such feature- Prevents confusion and does not alarm the user of changes made to their extension by an Admin

  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines:1148

This is an excellent suggestion, I would go one further and give admins an ability to specify "On or Off"  with a User Preference Radio Button or Checkbox for all users that are not SuperAdmins.

Or  giving Admins the ability turn off all regular users from getting all the promotional emails promoting Glip etc. which is banned in our organization due to lack of adequate Enterprise Security controls.

We have thousands of users receiving those emails without us going into each and every user and turning off the email functions - we have no way to do it.   So we get a huge crush of internal helpdesk tickets that their "Glip access won't work"  every time RC sends the promo emails.
