Call Handling: How to transfer out of user voicemail?

Is there a way to be able to option out of a user's voicemail and be transferred to a call queue? We have this feature now on a ShoreTel system. The caller gets the user's voicemail greeting and can press 0 to transfer to the call queue if they don't want to leave a message and want to talk to customer service.

You should be able to simply dial the call queue extension while listening to a user's voicemail greeting.  Give it a try.  I know it works for me.

Correct - if you press 0 while the users voicemail is still playing the system will pull you out of it and take you back to the operator. Same applies, as Brandon explained, regarding a call queue.
